The original Simply truck. Founded in 2019 from a love of Levantine street food, Simply Falafel was built on hand-made falafel, fresh wraps, and the kind of home-made tahini you tell people about.
The menu stays simple on purpose: a few wraps, a few salads, halloumi when you want it, and a daily special when the kitchen is in the mood. Everything is prepared on the truck.
