Launched after years of being asked. The smash burger lives or dies on three things: the smash, the sauce, and the bun. We obsess over all three.
Two beef patties, smashed onto a screaming hot plate so the maillard crust covers the whole disc. American cheese melted over both. Our sauce. A soft brioche. Pickles if you want them.
